title unknown I went to the Animal Fair,

The birds and the beasts were there,

The monk he got drunk,

Sat on the elephants trunk,

The elephant sneezed
and fell to his knees,

And what became of the monk, the monk, the monk?

A Rare Bestiary...

The theme-of-the-month is Animals

This is the fifth time we've opened our zoo to the public. Many of the images were seen in the first four exhibitions, others have been gathered over the past few years.

To see the images, either click on the name of the artist in the list below or, if you prefer, take the whole safari, clicking on the "next" arrows at the bottom of each page (including this one). You can get the title of the work by passing your mouse over the image if you use Internet Explorer. If you use Firefox, right click on the image and then click on "Properties". The title will be shown after "Alternate text"

Each of the images is accompanied by a link to the place from whence it came. (The image on this page comes from http://www.kmng.com.hk/kmkong/kmk7.jpg) Most of the links go to graphics sites, which tend to carry heavy traffic. The result is that you may have problems connecting to them. Keep at it -- most of the sites are well worth the trouble.

If you would like to see the archive of the most recent additions to each theme, click on pArkive at the bottom of this page. If you would like to see our fine-art alphabet, click on Artphabet.

We change the theme every month, so make sure to check back around November 20th when we will pay attention to the Children.
